The grand opening and ribbon cutting of Havre de Grace Main Street's Arts by the Bay Gallery was held on Friday evening, November 14, 2008, much to the delight of about 200 enthusiastic supporters of the Havre de Grace Arts & Entertainment District. The gallery, located at 500-B Warren Street, was created in a team effort by the Arts & Entertainment Committee of Havre de Grace Main Street, Inc., and many friends and supporters, orchestrated by Mitch Shank and Pat Fair.
